No response from customer service

I received my shoes in good time and they were great, However they were big and I returned very painlessly for a smaller size, which was delivered timeously. The smaller size was too small, and I needed to do second return, but it does not allow a second return on the same order. I have since sent numerous mails, but no reply besides the auto response.
