No communication, blocked by them on Facebook, no delivery

Ordered shoes on 24 Nov, on website it says order ready, but no tracking. They have stopped responding to my emails. AND blocked me from their facebook page!!!!!!! The phone number is a +35 number and rings to a greek voicemail. All I want is my order or refund. Guess ill have to go to the ombud. Then police for a case number so I can have my transaction reversed at the bank.
