No communication

Hi. I placed and order of the past weekend. I somehow made an error when selecting my shoe size. I immediately sent an email asking if they could change it to a Men’s size 10 as opposed to a Women’s size 3. I didn’t get any reply. This morning I get a notification that my order has shipped. Still no correspondence. There is no cell number for this company. Weird.
