Inconsistent delivery. Zero customer service response.

The first order arrived quickly. The second order is still outstanding weeks later, with zero response from 'Laura' or 'Tayla'. Makes one feel as if you have been ****med.

I feel it is the company's responsibility to keep customers updated. Not the customer's responsibility to chase for delivery. I noted there is plenty of email adds coming to my email address though, but no update on the late status of my order. I would say avoid this company alltogether.
