I no longer believe Barestep!

On 5 July i posted a review of Barestep, saying that their product is wonderful, but their backup service (particularly regarding exchanges) was poor! I had previously sent, to a lady called Laura, a picture showing the sole coming loose from the upper of the shoe. Laura sent me an email, saying "I have sent you a replacement." When the replacement did not arrive,I sent a series of emails to Barestep and received a variety of responses,each promising to send the replacement "as soon as they have stock." The most recent message from them (7 Oct) offered to send me a series 2.0 replacement because the previous version was out of stock. I thanked them and selected a dark grey colour. This morning I received yet another email, asking me for the order number, so that they can deliver my "order." I have stopped believing that I will ever get this replacement. It is now more than 2 months since my previous review on this platform, but I will continue to play this game in order to see how Barestep wriggles out of their written commitment.
