Haven't received my purchase to date! No feedback from customer support

I've purchased 3 shoes from barestep.co.za on the 25th November 2023 which i haven't received to date. I received communication that there was a delay in orders due to black friday and was told i would receive my order by the 2nd week of December. I didn't receive a tracking order number, I sent numerous email with no feedback. This is so disappointing as they suppose to be gifts. Hard earned money just taken away!
