Great service after complaint on hellopeter

Having given Barestep only 1 star recently, because my shoes disintegrated in less than 6 months, I have been contacted by Barestep and offered a new pair (previously I was offered a R 100 discount for a new pair, which was not good enough), which I think was a fair offer. Now I am hoping the new pair will last a bit longer...
