I followed the size guide carefully and ordered a pair of shoes, but they were still too small. The site advertizes FREE SIZE SWAPS is a lie, you have to pay for it if you buy anything on a deal.

The return process is intentionally difficult, and the site's timer resets if you refresh the page, creating a false sense of urgency. On top of that, the shoe quality is poor, bad glueing and overall subpar craftsmanship. Save yourself the hassle and avoid them like the plague. I am sitting with a pair of shoes that don't fit. Rather just walk barefoot or spend money on a better brand like vivobarefoot.
