False advertising

I ordered their buy one get one free special and the sizes were totally out (way too small, despite ordering the correct size according to their size guide). There was no bigger size for my husband so I asked for a refund, which they agreed to but want me to pay the courier. This is totally unacceptable, and no other online retailers have this policy. They have no number to call, no address to go to and no manager to call you back when you request a call back via email. They started out so well 3 years ago, and have just become a big online ****. Stay away from them!
