False advertising

I ordered a pair of barestep shoes on 28 November 2023. On the 16th of December I still had not received them. I sent numerous mails requesting a delivery date as they were ordered for a birthday present, which has now passed. The barestep website and all marketing material (and there is a lot!) says 3 - 7 days for delivery. We are now on day 19 for my order without a delivery date or tracking reference. This is false advertising and at this point I am not even sure the shoes will arrive at all.
