Extremely poor customer service.
Extremely poor customer service and I would definitely not recommend dealing with Barestep. Beware buyers expecting a trouble-free returns process as they advertise - my experience has been anything but fair. Wound up paying for a product, which I returned through a long-winded process. After their ridiculous "restocking charges and return label fees" the process finally amounted to having returned the product without getting a single cent back for the purchase.

20 Nov 2023, 19:35UPDATE: Eventually, after an unnecessarily long and painful process, Barestep has refunded some of the monies owed, leaving me with a nett 63% of the actual amount I paid for the product after the return. I will definitely NOT be recommending this company, or their products to anybody going forward.
