EMPTY PROMISES - SOUNDS LIKE ****MERS TO ME - BARESTEP ****MING PEOPLE INTO MORE LIES
Made a order to them on 30 November 2023. Still havent received our order. Keep on making empty promises and now the email communication has stopped. Laura, Hannah and Tayla. Cant track the order on the website or get in contact with a consultant to follow up - basically stranded and wait for the best! It has been 20 days and counting if the shoes are not delivered within the next 24 hours, we reserve our right to take this matter further.

19 Jan 2024, 14:55Barestep has apologetically reached out to us about the delay in receiving the product we ordered. They apologized for the inconvenienced that was caused and made the effort to set things right. While it's natural to face challenges in business, there were a few factors that exacerbated the situation, such as:
- Other customers receiving orders after ours. We had friends sharing their frustrations and complaints with us as they also ordered from Barestep.
- Despite several promises and undertakings to provide the goods before Christmas, it was delivered in the New Year while we were away on vacation, causing a further inconvenience.
- Consider improving their tracking system to track order progress and courier delivery.
- Their website lacks user-friendliness and communication is limited to email, making their business appear *************.
- Their automated email response does not demonstrate a healthy work ethic, as responding to customers via email should not be delayed. I sent many emails and only received an answer after 8 days, which was not good.
The foregoing is based on our experience with Barestep, which contributed to our dissatisfaction and prompted us to write such a review on Hellopeter. I hope that this will help them improve their customer service and the way they interact with their consumers going forward.
