You can get the shoes from Aliexpress for a tenth of the price. They are terrible with communication, either not responding at all or responding through a bot. They remove negative feedback from all their platforms and have close connections and paid influencers defending the brand to raise their ratings. The shoes are of poor quality. They misrepresent on delivery times and then refuse to give refunds once requested. I ordered the shoes, cancelled, they confirmed cancellation then delivered the shoes in any case. They generate income from cancelled orders by charging a discretionary cancellation and reposting penalty fees. The company does not comply with basic consumer protection standards. This is a new type of **** on the rise in South Africa I have reported it to SAPS Cybercrime division to investigate further.
