Do Nbuy from Barestep if you dont want to get ****med

I purchased shoes and was assured if the size was wrong, I could get them replaced. They arranged collection of my order and I paid an additional collection amount. I have now been waiting for my replacement shoes for 6 weeks. No repos we to 3 emails. No telephone number available to call them. What a **** !
