Disappointing Service

Ordered shoes on 20 March and received numerous emails when I queried the delivery. I was resigned to the fact that I had been ****med and was following up with the bank. I was notified about a delivery yesterday and I received it today 26 April. Not sure if pressure on them caused this or they simply bought the shoes from China which often takes long for delivery. The shoes were well packed with in two separate bags per shoe in a box. Would have liked some paper stuffed in the shoes to keep the shape as there are folds. Thank goodness the shoes fit as I would not want to return them for another size as promised on their website.

As far as price goes, the only other shoes I could find in South Africa average around R3000 so the price was decent in comparison. Note that I don't buy from Chinese sites if I can help it except for my glasses from HK
