Disappointing customer service and not so sure of the shoe quality

I bought a pair of Barestep shoes around four months ago which I love. The problem is that the soles are coming away from both shoes in the exact same place. I emailed Barestep to see whether this is normal (they claim to respond within 24 hours) but I have not had a reply, and it’s been a week now.

So Barestep, please respond to my original email otherwise you have lost a customer who was just about to buy a few more pairs.

Great shoes but if they only last 4 months then I’m not so sure, considering the price you pay
