10 days is the average response time per complaint. This company do not employ people!!! All is AI!! I paid for a tracked shipment however I never got the Tracking Number!!! Will have to sue them in the new Year for my Refund!! Phone number is Overseas on some Obscure Country.

04 Dec 2023 at 11:00No shoes , No tracking, pathetic serviceStill no tracking number after they said last week that on the promo they dont have the inner soles. We agreed that they can send the shoes and socks without the additional inner soles. Yet i havent had a response with a tracking number fro my order and I still cannot find my order on their site under "tracking" which says you can use the order number
