Beware of this "company" and their cheap product.

I ordered a pair of shoes, they took 2 weeks to arrive, they were cheaply made and painful for my feet (even though their stock comment on Facebook was that "many customers have said they are perfect for that foot problem!"). Tried to return them... no return address. Emailed them, got the response that there would be fees for shipping and handling and they would like to offer me a 20% refund instead, and I keep the shoes. I rep**** that 20% of the $59 I paid is only $11.80, meaning I lose $47.20, and I would rather pay the $6-25 in shipping (which is stated in their return policy and on their website) and get a full refund. I requested return address and an amount that I would need to pay in shipping, and I never heard back. I have emailed every day since. It has been over a week now, and their policy is that returns need to be done within 2 weeks of receipt of the product, so I think they are waiting me out. I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card and report them to Econsumer.gov.
