Barestep will ***** your money, do not place an order!

Company has effectively ****** about R 1200 after failing to deliver my product.

Herewith the very dissapointing response from their side after my enquiry from a guy named Hassan. They basically said tough cookies, your product was not delivered and I am considered an old client so they wont help me:

The previous store ownership was transferred in February, and your order was placed before we took over operations. Because of this transition, we unfortunately do not have access to the previous system or records to fully investigate or resolve issues from that period.

We are still very much in business under the new management and fully committed to supporting our current customers and improving service as we advance. However, in this specific case, we are unable to provide a resolution for orders placed under the previous store setup.

They toke my money, did not deliver and now refuse a refund.
