Barestep stay away from them!!!!! No account to log in o their website, no physical address and no refund for money option!

Ordered two pair under the BOGO conditions, buy one get one free. Cancelled immediately as BOGO was not app****. Got a reply the order wouldve been already at the Courier. I was then rep**** that they would refund for the cheaper ones. Sent banking details this week, but was only sent a return link. Seeing that I can return the shoes in 30 days, I tried to start the process. BUT hey, theres no option for a refund, just for an exchange! On the website, I can nowhere log into my account. Thers no physical address on the website! (Is this legal?). There was no order number provided. Don't know where my order confirmation went......

After 5 or so emails back and forth I am now on a point where I send the shoes back on My own account, But HEY no physical address to be found online or on their website nor on their parcel...... Now I saw what I even did not unpack the second pair! I don't like the shoes. Cheap ch_nese quality with glue visible, a string came off when I put them on and thread visible on the second pair. I took pictures ....
