Barestep shoes are comfortable but last 10 days
I bought 2 pairs of Barestep 2.0 in December 2023. We use these shoes for walking the dog, as they are really comfortable.
However, after about 7 months of 1 hour per day the soles started to come away from the uppers.
I sent an enquiry to Barestep, and they asked for pictures of the damage, which I emailed to them.
They did reply but think that 210 hours of use qualified as normal wear and tear, and hoped that I would enjoy the shoes.
I asked for a review, as I thought this lifetime was ridiculously low for a pair of quality shoes.
I have had no further response, which sucks.
