Barestep Service

We placed order 26November - we still haven't received the order. There is NO contact number for ZA, even though they ship from Johannesburg and indicate 2-5 days delivery. No response on emails, "Track Your Order" does NOT work - keep on getting Could Not Find Order Used all possible entries in the fields, no results We get emails: "We just wanted to say a massive thank you for an amazing Black Friday weekend! Your support exceeded our wildest expectations etc" but havent received our order. We have ZERO idea what the status is of the order and we need it end of the business tomorrow. Unacceptable. No way of getting into direct contact with Barestep
