Barestep quality not the same ! Very disappointed

Barestep shoes - So I finally, finally, after about two weeks got a replacement pair. I ordered one size bigger to be sure . They have arrived with the same short short laces so it’s impossible to open them enough to get your heel into them . They are definitely not of the same quality as my first pair. They seem to be a cheaper version . They were always so comfortable but these are hurting my feet day 1. I have only worn them for three hours. Their sizes are so off (the size 8 - I am normally a 7 is too tight for me and difficult to get on because the laces are so very short . - and the shape of the shoe and the sole are definitely not of the same quality. . They seem like cheap knockoffs . I certainly will never ever buy from them again ! I feel so **********. Sending mails is like talking to a bot. The replies are so pathetic!! I won’t even bother to send these back because I doubt whether I will ever get my money refunded.
