Barestep or baretrap

Flimsy shoes I'd not wear outside. Very thin soles with thick padded loose inners. My back, legs and feet started hurting almost immediately on trying to walk with them. No contact numbers for customer service nor an email address. I wanted to return then. Read the returns policy. It doesn't allow return under any circumstances on sales items according to the policy. Furthermore the charge an excessive fee of up to R375 per pair of shoes when returned. Is this a legimate business or are we being ****med out of our money? I would NOT recommend buying Barestep shoes.
