BARESTEP ****- ***** - NO DELIVERY- NO RESPONSE
I have ordered from Barestep in the past and wish I had done more research before ordering again. I ordered on the recommendation of a friend and seriously regret this decision. I ordered on 1 December on what was supposedly a black friday special with their new " limited edition" white shoes. To date , I have not received the shoes and not a single response to any of my emails or requests for a refund. Looking at all the reviews , this is a company to avoid at all costs.

09 Jan 2024, 13:53Following receipt of my shoes, Barestep did contact me to apologise and offer a partial refund which I accepted. I truly hope they take note of all the comments/ complaints to improve customer service and the business model going forward..
