Barestep is useless

I bought 2 pairs online which were on special. The size was too big which is not uncommon when buying shoes online. I have sent numerous e-mails simply wanting the size to be changed out for a smaller size. I have been outright ignored. Don't waste your time and your money with Barestep. It is pathetic to ignore a customer
