Barestep fails to deliver

I ordered two pairs of shoes on the 24th of November 2023 as part of their Black Friday special. Barestep have failed to deliver on the first and second promised dates. They now refuse to respond to messages. I have subsequently sent them a message for a refund but again they read the messages on Instagram but are not responding.

I also cannot find my order using my order number on their website and they provide no explanations as to why credit card was charged and I was sent an email with an order number but I cannot find my order or track It.
