Barestep Extremely Poor After Sales Service for Returns and Exchanges

I have bought 3 pairs of shoes in December 2023. I have been trying to return 1 pair that does not fit and exchange one pair for a bigger size. I have been with family over the Christmas period, hence I am not at the same address any more. I have provided them with a new collection address and a new delivery address for the pair being exchanged. They keep sending the courier to the original address!!!! Their site gives no option of changing your address. This is just extremely poor after sales service!!! The only contact number is all the way in Cyprus!!
