Barestep bad service and lack of professionalism.
Bought a pair on 10 June 2025. Arrived defective . Promised a replacement pair. Sent videos and photos of laces that are too short so I can’t even get my heel into them. Toggles don’t work either . Now by the 23 June 25 nobody is replying to my mails re when they are dispatching the replacement pair . Very frustrated and disappointed in their lack of service . They told me it would be sorted out on 16th June. I’m still waiting . I have been asked four times which colour and size I want the replacement to be.

27 Jun 2025, 18:22So I finally got a replacement pair. I ordered one size bigger to be sure . They have arrived with the same short short laces so it’s impossible to open them enough to get your heel into them . They are definitely not of the same quality as my first pair. They seem to be a cheaper version . They were always so comfortable but these are hurting my feet day 1. I have only worn them for three hours. Their sizes are so off and the shape of the shoe and the sole are definitely not the same. They seem like cheap knockoffs . I certainly will never ever buy from them again !
