I purchased a pair of their shoes online 3 months ago they are comfortable etc, however, one of the shoes has already worn down in such a short period of time and produced a hole. I sent a message through to the company 5 days ago, and asked what sort of recourse I had, and all they have sent me in 5 days is a computer generated message. When I tried to contact them today, it transpires that they are located in Cyprus, so I guess, now they have my money, they are no longer interested in my problems
