Bad service

I purchased shoes on the 21 November 2023 the size was wrong so I logged a return. The return shoes order was approved on the 25 November 2023. I have communicated numerous times with Barestep the same answer they are inundated with black Friday deliveries. I purchased before black Friday and still don't have my shoes. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE
