Bad service

I’ve placed an order last week Tuesday. I received the order confirmation and rep**** to the mail with an address clarification just to make sure after which a lady called Jane rep**** to my mail almost immediately. Great, right!

However since then I have received zero updates on the status of my order, neither any reply on my emails asking for a status update.

This leaves me hanging and wondering if I was ****med ?

I am very dissatisfied with their lack of communication and the fact that they just seemed to be un bothered by my obvious frustration.
