Bad aftersales service

I bought a pair of shoes, the very next day it was a buy one get one free special. I sent them an email first thing in the morning to request to please change my order to the buy one get one free (It was exactly the same cost). They said they cant change the order and my shoes will be shipped in 2 weeks time. I said then we can refund the first order, and I will buy it as the buy one get one free special.

Now its been 5 days, no response.

I read on hellopeter that their aftersales service is horrid, I didn't believe it, but guess the reviews were right.
