After almost a month no shoe , They claim 2 - 3 days shipment

I ordered a shoe on 24 November 2023, till today my order has not been shipped and no tracking number has been sent. It has been almost a month. They dont't have the decency to let you know about shipment, you have to contact them. On 30 November I was told that the "free inner soles" in the bundle i purchased was holding up my order, then it was agreed that they would send the shoes the next day without the additional inner soles and i would get a 10% voucher (Which is pointless because they seem to send vouchers and promotions almost every hour). Anyway till today I have not received anything so obviously the no stock of inner soles was yet another lie. If anyone wants to purchase this shoe and is reading this revie. Go check out Wish or Aliexpress you just need to type barefoot shoes and you will eventually find the "Barestep Active" under a different name because this is exactly where they get it from. Another thing is they claim 2 - 3 day shipment because they are from Joburg, Thats the biggest joke. They are from Cyprus. Also check out the Youtube video about Barestep from Wendy Knowler consumer watch. If you email them they will reply after a few days with a vague or generic response whic is pointless. From the day I orderd till today i have received 3 - 4 promotional emails a day yet I didn't receive my order.
