5 weeks later and no shoes

5 weeks ago, placed an order for 2 pairs of barestep shoes. They didn't fit well so logged a return for size change. Had to pay R200 for that size change. 5 weeks later, almost daily emails asking for feedback, and we are no closer to a resolution. I have praised Barestep in the past and recommended them to so many people, but this terrible service will definitely change my tune. Barestep, please either refund me or deliver my shoes!
