2 right shoes. Impossible to exchange

We received two right shoes of the wrong size and colour. We have been trying to organize a return for over a month. It is really expensive for something that we will not be able to use at all. I am now trying to locate the poor soul who received the two left feet. At least if we swop one person will hopefully have a pair of useable shoes.
