All as above
I made an order for some bareshoes. The first pair seemed great, I thought I'd buy a second pair. But ehen they arrived I noticed these where white pull ons with false laces which are no good to me with a dropped foot a disablement from a back op gone wrong. I have to wear a special device that must be fitted to the laces and the tongue of the shoe. The white ones didn't have laces you could open up and connect the device. I started by email the support at *** and I got a email back stating that all returns are 100% guaranteed. So then I received a email stating that you must fill in the returns only the returns online page along with pictures that the shoes have not been damaged etc. The next thing I see my bank account is debited with another 2 pairs of shoes on order BS42518 AND BS42517 and delivered to my door. On the return order they ask you which shoe do you want to replace the returned one for. That's why I think these 2 where treated as orders. Every email I send just refers me to *** or support @Bareshoes.co.za. The strange thing about all this is that you can never get to speak to a human you are just referred to online communication all the time. There us also no telephone numbers or business addresses to contact either. So this sounds like another ****ming company. They are hundreds of these type companies popping up hundreds per day. Why would you not want you customers to contact you by leaving z telephone number. To put a cherry on top of the cake is that these shoes vary from R1200 up to Over R2000. Now I am stuck with e pairs of shoes I can do nothing with and no way of getting my money back or exchange the original one I wanted swapped in the first place.
So folks out there do not buy from anywhere that doesn't have z business address or a contact name and phone number.
I think this company is a BIG ****MING COMPANY LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK.
