THE WORST SERVICE EVER

I am more and more starting to realize that this company might be ******** people out of their money. I ordered 1 item on the 28th November 2022 and was advised that my order was processed and I made payment. They then advised that a tracking number will be sent to me once my order has been shipped. Up until today 11/01/2023 I received no tracking number. I have sent them Facebook messages as well as emails and got no response. On the Facebook page there is numerous people also complaining that they did not receive their stock.
