Undelivered goods

I bought the 4 car tyres from Burden tyres for R2796 on the 6th June2021. The date is 17 Dec21 I am still waiting for delivery. The owner Thomas promised to deliver until today. When asking for refund or tyres the owner stopped responding to my whatsapp messages.
