Buyer beware - all promises broken

I bought and paid in full for 4 new tires on tyres.co.za on 9 May. The web site showed the tires were in stock. Delivery was promised for 3 days later. Now, 2 months on nothing has been delivered. Mr. Thomas Rundle regularly comes up with new plausible excuses, always very politely and mainly around logistics, but absolutely nothing happens. However, I regularly get stuff delivered from all over the country with no problem at all. I am not allowed to use the 4-letter word that accurately describes the situation, it is definitely not the common swear word and shares no letters from the alphabet with it, but I feel deceived. So many broken promises, and now he has gone all quiet. It is in fact the word I am not allowed to speak.
