Safety is a concern in Bardale Village Phase 1 yet it is said to have camera's and it's a security complex

I am an owner of the house in Bardale Village, 1 Thyme Street phase 1. I have a problem of the kids in the complex who throw stones, wood, scratch my car and walk around my yard at night making funny noises and doing funny staff in my house and then run away. I have been reporting this over and over again and nothing has been done.

It is said to be a security complex which I was told that it has even camera's but nothing has been done and this has been ongoing for about 2 years now. Recently I was told that one of the kids that are doing this in my house are the kid's of an agent who works there. I have told her about this and she has done nothing about it instead she gets angry and have an attitude instead of trying to help in resolving the issue. I feel that we are not safe in Bardale Village, my children are terrified they don't even want to sleep in their own bedroom because these kids when they throw these woods you could swear its a bullet. I spoke to security and the agent because I wanted this issue to be resolved by us as a community agent included but instead of going to report this to the police and have children having ******** records for something that parents including security can resolve. It was the very same agent that I spoke to in 2011 when I bought the house in Bardale her advertising safety in the complex but now we sitting with a problem and she gets angry because her kids are involved eye witnesses told me. I was told about cameras in the complex but now when I want to see the camera's I'm told by the security that it is not there. I have been reporting this and not doing anything about it but threating these kid's hoping they will stop it but its an ongoing thing.

They broke my windscreen Dec 2016 the agent is aware of it and has told me we will watch in the camera but to date nothing. Recently I was away with work and when I came back they scratched my car. It is unfortunate that I will report the matter to the police and if the parents are not doing anything about their kids then they will go to jail. I feel angry and sad at the same time that a parent, an estate agent can turn a blind eye in a matter that is concerning and also involving her kids.
