Can't pay my deposit back

I use to rent 2 houses within Bardale Village Complex. So when I moved from the one house to the next, I assumed my dep from my 1 house was transferred to the 2nd house as I was told to pay the difference in rental to the same value as the 2nd house.1st house was R3500 2nd house was R4500, I paid the R1000 as I was asked to pay.Increase last yr I paid the diff again to bring my dep equally to rent which was then R4950.00.<br> Now that I vacated because house was sold, now they don't want to pay my dep back to me. Charging me for dirty walls and carpets that we messed up but in their entry inspection its states that walls are dirty and carpets has marks on.Now they are charging me an arm and a leg to repay this which I don't think it's my fault as they never even cleaned the house for me before I moved into the place.Now they want to give me a R757 back from my dep.They are charging me for exit inspection which I don't see why I need to pay to move out.More admin fee but when I moved in they charged me R850 admin fee.R2400 for paint, R200 for carpets. I'm very upset and I just want them to give me what belongs to me and stop ripping innocent people and pocketing the money for them.
