Builder not to be trusted

Paid Jacko Barnard in full for holiday home alterations because we had to go back home and he said we could trust him. Needless to say he did not finish and after 8 months we are still unable to get him to finish his building. Keeps on promising to turn up but every time we offer up one of our vacation days, he shines in his absence. When phoned he always has an excuse and promises to come the next day but never does
