Barco not to be trusted

The deck of our Jeffrey's vacation home required maintenance. The quote for the work was roughly R22 000. We were not present when the work was done. After returning when the work was "done", half of the work was not completed. Asked him to please finish the work but, after numerous promises and 2 years, the work is still not done. Worst workmen ship I have ever seen as well.
