Issues do not get resolved

Good day. <br> My aunt has an account at the branch and has had for many many years.<br> I am her nephew, only relative. I live in South Africa. She is 91. I recently, with great difficulty and after having to resort to Hello Peter, arranged to exercise my LPA and be able to operate her account with her and for her.<br> She has moved into an old aged home in the area.<br> <br> Problem 1 - For some reason she is not getting her monthly statements any more.<br> <br> When I was last in UK in October I queried this at the branch and a gentleman named Andy assisted and assured me it was set up correctly, but still no statements have been received.<br> <br> Problem 2 - I did get a bank card in my name which allows me access to the account. At the same meeting last October I app**** with Andy to have internet and telephone banking.<br> <br> To date I have received nothing back on this.<br> <br> I am now in UK. I have tried phoning the branch, but the phone is not answered.<br> <br> There doesnt seem to be anyone at that branch who can actually get anything done.<br> <br> I need someone to contact me so we can get these issues sorted.<br> <br> My UK mobile number is ***
