Help Required by Barclays

I came out to South Africa for family Covit related health issues. While in South Africa I updated my address passing the same security questions from Barclay's ustomer services. The address they took down firstly was incorrect and secondly I just wanted to let them know I was in South Africa. Now my bank card has expired for over a month I have been trying to update my address to a property I own in London. I get asked and answer all the questions correctly. Still I get told that don't have any further questions to ask and as such can't change my address and send out a new card. I then get told to send a letter with certified copy of my passport via DHL at a small fortune to barclays Leister branch. On it orival I beg them for assistance but get told they are unable to assist and to call Barclay's Customer service. I am now literally out of money and unable to return to the UK. in 2 days I will be homeless.
