BARCLAYS ineptitude they take no responsibility with customers

I've had a ***** investigation with BARCLAYS bank going on since May 2020 and its now November the issue has still not been resolved after many phone calls emails to them I have escalated my complaint to the ombudsman after the appalling way which I have been treated with lies and contriction from BARCLAYS a very poor service for a very large bank to deal with customers in this way they have legal and moral responsibility that they do not adopt
