BARCLAYS BANK UK and BARCLAYS ILSE OF MANN is a DISASTER - BANK ELSEWHERE!!!

Barclays is hopeless. I asked for a Transfer from BARCLAYS ISLE OF MANN to FNBCI ( FIRST NATIONAL BANK Channel ISLANDS ) on 20 March 2019 . the funds were 1st transferred on 10 APRIL 2019. when on 19 April 2019, i inquired from Barclays what had happened to the funds transfer , i was told that Barclays had done the transfer on 10 April 2019. i inquired from FNBCI about the funds and they advised me that the funds were returned to BARCLAYS on 11 APRIL 2019 , as BArclays had omitted part of the IBAN Number. i then called barclays on 19 April 2019, to give them the news and the MIT number supp**** by FNBCI , reflecting that the funds were transferred back to Barclays on 111 April 2019. it took BARCLAYS more than a month, 13 May 2019 , to fund the funds in their Suspense ACCOUNT ( i can only imagine that they have 1000"s of transfers returned , because of errors!!! ) . the funds were then less, as all the corresponding banks ( BARCLAYS UK, BARCLAYS ILSE OF MANN and HSBC had taken their FEES for the transfer and the return of funds ( about US$100!!) . it then took BARCLAYS ISLE OF MANN . the transfer was again done on 20 May 2019, and AGAIN WENT ASTRAY , as BARCLAYS omitted to INSERT the FNBCI sort-code. Likely , i was tracking the transfer daily , via FNBCI , who fund the funds stuck at HSBC , without the SORT-CODE , and managed to get HSBC complete the transfer on 24 May 2019. WELL DONE FNBCI !! i am now awaiting Barclays to REFUND ME for LOST FEES , and LOSTiINTEREST , plus stress
