Bank Complaint

Have called 5 times from SA about non arrival of replacement bank card. Kept holding on for so long that airtime runs out on cell phone...having no landline. They claim to have sent new card via courier each time....cannot supply tracking numbers, which I find unacceptable. This has been going on since October...still no sign of new card. Cannot believe 4 cards sent on 4 different occasions have gone astray.
