Barclays Bank where are you?

Contact can be made with Barclays Sa by either calling *** or sending an email to ***. Calling brings one to an automated reply system which does not provide extensions to choose from and only then an option to leave a message. I have left more than one message over a period of almost ten days. NO REPLY at all. I also utilized the email option but with no reply as well. I need to assistance with an agent dealing with Bereavement or Estates Late. Making contact with Barclays PLC in London proved to be almost impossible as well. Only to call direct by phone or WRITING A LETTER LOL. All I want to know is whether Barclays can assist with a client who has passed on and holds funds in an account which must eventually be remitted after taxes etc. to his estate in South Africa.
